Insurance & Patient Co-payments

Our front staff offers support with your medical insurance, aiding in coverage determination and potential direct billing. To ensure optimal assistance, kindly share your dental and/or medical insurance details along with new patient forms at least 48 hours before your appointment. This timeframe allows us to reach out to your insurer and grasp your policy specifics. Feel free to bring along your dental benefit booklet for clarity on your coverage, as our team is eager to assist in navigating your policy.

If our dentists determines treatment services are necessary, we are happy to provide you a printed detailed plan including the estimate for services along with what your insurance is willing to cover, and what, if any, expenses will be required of you. Please be aware, our professional care is provided to you, our patient family, and not to the insurance company. The insurance company is responsible only to the patient as a benefit from the employer or individual plan purchase. You, the patient, is responsible to the doctor. If there is a dispute with the insurance company concerning payment, we will need to discuss that with you.

We are happy to assist you in every way we can in the filing of your dental or medical claim. We will also assist in handling insurance questions on your behalf.
